If these are O2 numbers you are texting then they should come from the 3000.
Is this a new tariff as it sometimes takes a couple of days to register on the system.
Your best option is to call customer service and ask them why you are charged.

Have you checked via My O2? http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
If you are having problems then as said above.... give customer services a call and check with them. We have no access to your account so can't advise further
