Hello

I have a Samsung SIII and want to add a second number to the phone, is this possible? If so, how?

Not saying it's possible now but, didn't orange do something like that way back in 1990's I'm pretty sure I had 1 phone with 2 lines back then for a while as one tariff was cheaper at different times to the other.

Yes Orange used to do it (not sure if they still do).

Now trying to remember how I used to switch between the two now. I'm sure on the top of the 'Display' of the old faithful Nokia there used to be a 1 and a 2 showing depending on which 'line' you were using.

If I was using line 1 and somebody called line 2 would it have rung? I can't remember anymore and for some reason I didn't keep it going for that long!!!

Both lines would ring in at any time but to make a call you had to choose which line you wanted to use. Remember these phones were specific Orange phones for example the generic Nokia was the 2110 but the Orange specific one was the 5.1 etc...
