cant send texts

I have just had my number changed due to number being cloned, but since it has changed i cannot send texts. i can recieve calls and make calls and can recieve texts but cannot send. have tried various ways to fix but none seem to be working. can anybody please help or advice?

Guide: Text Message Tips (not sent or received) may help - your phone may not have the correct service number set, @paul_holt2020 - so it does not know where to send the message to. You can also reset your network settings, which will force the phone to read the message centre number from your new SIM. Good luck!
