O2 total incompetence continues

Another month another incorrect bill. Another wasted 30 mins with 202 who have to escalate things with a manager (again), who won't do anything.

Next my 12 yr old will loose her data and be disconnected putting her at risk.

 

So easy to rectify, what is wrong with this woeful company
