Hello. I am unable to set mobile data on my Cellular Apple Watch with my O2 service. I tried the guidence on the O2 website:

Open the Watch app on your iPhone and tap on ‘Mobile Data’.
Then tap ‘Set up mobile data’. You’ll be prompted to sign in with your My O2 username and password.

If I try that, it says:

Apple Watch on O2 is only available to personal Pay Monthly customers.

@CatChamp

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Just to confirm @CatChamp , you have a current pay monthly personal account with o2?

Either a sim only or with device? And not a business account?

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

As long as the IMEI relates to an iPhone it will be OK.

If it's a different type of phone it will be an issue.
