@darrenr75 Doesn't cost anything to switch to a 5G sim. Best way to do it is to go in store, if you have one nearby, and they'll do the swap for you. Be sure to bring photo identification with you.

If you request a new sim online or over the phone, there's a distinct possibility of your 4G sim being disconnected before you receive your new 5G sim.

I assume that you are on a contract as 5G is not available on PAYG on O2.
