@Samantha1

Customer service need to put you through to fraud or provide you the link to file yourself Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

There is no such form

Please call again and speak to fraud directly

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

@Samantha1 See if this link is of any use to you: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/safety-and-security/fraud-advice

Edit: Apart from reporting it to O2, you should definitely report it here: https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
