Hi I need some advice my calls have been blocked even though my bill isn't due. Livechat advised I needed to contact the payment team to lift the ban.the issue is I am currently self isolating with my son and have no access to another phone i explained this to the advisor and was told sorry for inconvenience repeatedly.inasked if they could call me back an email contact but again was told sorry just phone the payment team.it was like talking to a wall. Is there any other way to contact them other than phone?

You can use Skype to call.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
