The fraud thing (2 x £5 a month contracts that o2 have taken the money out of my bank for) seems like an excuse to not be able to help, like puttin on a 'its too difficult pile'. Will try the social media.

Thanks, the port should have gone through yesterday and we had confirmation.Apparently there is a fraud lock on my account so I'm not allowed any assistance from customer services.Way to go for a new customer!
