Update an alternative contact number

Hi

My O2 number doesn't work (long story). I gave an alternative contact number to customer services on Saturday, but the contacting me back ASAP hasn't happened. All I need to do at the moment is change this alternative contact number.

All social media are ignoring my messages.

Anyone able to tell me / help me find a way to pass on this new number.

If social media is ignoring you give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
