This worked for me too! It is the o2 age setting, which I know I had set
previously. No idea why it had reset.. I couldn't even find it in the
app or in mobile as I don't have the same menu options, Jonathan from

change your o2 account to confirm you're over 18 though? I can't see

I didn't port, I've been with my O2 for a few years and mine didn't work
when trying to register on a new phone, so there's something else that's
going on here.
