When I'm at home I have no signal, but when people call me they say it's
normal ringing. However my phone doesn't ring as I don't have signal.Any
ideas?
I had the same thing. I have 10gb plus 10gb bolt on. I checked my O2 app
and had used 10gb so assumed it just meant the first 10gb has been used.
No issues here but had never had that text before.
I have used the service a number of time without any problems at all.
However, maybe this is because I package the device really well, and
also send it recorded delivery.
