When I'm at home I have no signal, but when people call me they say it's normal ringing. However my phone doesn't ring as I don't have signal.

Any ideas?

Change your call forwarding options to go immediately to answer phone when you've got no signal.

Ha the no signal thing isn't new. Im just sick of getting earache for not answering my phone because the caller thinks it's ringing but it isn't.

Coincidentally I used to get signal at home, the tracker says I get signal.

O2 did some mast work last year and I get no signal now. I do use tugo also when needed.

My mistake.
I thought the question was why callers hear the tone that implies the phone is ringing.

Well it is. Callers hear the normal ringing. But I haven't had tugo active for a while.

I've just tested it. My phone has no signal, but when I ring it from another phone, it sounds like it's ringing when in fact it isn't.

I'll have a look at the call forwarding when I have signal on my way to work.

Check if your voicemail is enabled in Tu and turn it off in there if it is too.
