There is no way I have used this much data in 7 days. I have my data warning on my phone set to alert me if it goes over 15GB, and I don't have any autoplay videos on etc. I always use the free train wifi whilst out and about.

I think this is a mistake on O2's part and I need this resolved.

@Kim This is not O2 you are talking to. This is a customer forum. You need to call customer service

@Kim

Do you have a promotional tariff? ie 10GB with an extra 10gb added?

If so you will get a warning before the first amount is used. The 2nd lot of data will kick in after that

If not then you need to ring customer services on 202 to check whats happening.

Sounds more like 20gb for the price of 5gb promotion.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It may also be worth noting that the values shown on your phone do not always equate to what the carrier thinks you have used due to different dates being used.  Could your phone be set up to start/end each month on different dates?  Probably not, but just a thought?  You can check what dates your phone uses in the Settings app on android. Not sure where it would be on other devices as I've never used an iPhone etc

Thanks

I had the same thing. I have 10gb plus 10gb bolt on.

I checked my O2 app and had used 10gb so assumed it just meant the first 10gb has been used. No issues here but had never had that text before.
