I ordered on the 14th was told upto 3 weeks… so I have between mon to Saturday for it to arrive at the o2 store for collection.
when i click on my order number in the email, it takes me to the UPS page… is this the wrong page?

No that's right I'm pretty sure that orders getting delivered to stores are done through UPS.

I've spoken to a live chat agent today, which I know are usually just talking rubbish to you, but they ended up giving me £10 Credit to my account due to my order not being delivered today like I was told it would. They also assured me that my order was despatched on Saturday but there can be a delay between handover from O2 to DPD over weekends. I'm not sure how much of that to believe, but I'm just gonna hope that I wake up to some updates from DPD. Fingers crossed.
