The phone restarted randomly a few times. Apple won't help either as they said I didn't buy it from them direct

They are telling me middle of November before stock so I've put in a request to have my bill stopped till they sort a replacement otherwise I'm sure I'm in good reason to be able to get my contract stopped and I'll go elsewhere as I've had too many issues with o2 in the past so either they sort it and hold my bill and offer a discount on my bill as a good will gesture or they can release me from my switch up contract. Not happy at all

The 16 pro max. Ordered on the 13th and got it Friday. Set it up yesterday afternoon

Been helping a friend process his upgrade today and I got quite mad at how easy and quick the process was for him haha. The whole process of doing the upgrade and receiving confirmation email took less than 10 mins. And within 30 minutes the order had been marked as completed in the O2 App and he had received an email from DPD with a tracking number saying that it will be delivered tomorrow. He had ordered the 15 so I know that obviously demand isn't very high for them but it still annoyed me that the process was so easy and the delivery time is so quick for him.
Meanwhile my order for the 16PM is still marked as processing with estimated delivery of more than 4 weeks and still option to cancel. I suppose i've just got to wait patiently for the golden email saying that the order is on it's way!

No email about anything at all. So just asked if the order went through and they said "Ah no its stuck" so the customer service rep sent a ticket to the back office who sorted it all out.

Yeah they have given me 3 months free device plan or airtime can't recall.
