No email about anything at all. So just asked if the order went through
and they said "Ah no its stuck" so the customer service rep sent a
ticket to the back office who sorted it all out.
So my old order got cancelled and remade, guess my order was fully
broken. Also got an email today to say 2 weeks. I phoned up and they put
a request into the back office as the customer service staff don't have
access to the orders as such. Don't th...
When i phoned up they spent about 1 hour trying to work something out
like canceling the order and replacing it (obvs not going to happen) .
What a load of mess this is...
