What's the O2 community and how to get started?

Thank you, I am super happy about joining up with 02 again. We didn't have this very helpful community when I was with them several years ago.

I'm on a payg sim, hopefully with a big bundle tariff as that's what came through the door.  Filled in a form to have my 02 number changed to my current number, wish I had been able to join this community before, as it took me a few days to work out how to fill the form in correctly.

I spoke to customer service who very helpfully told me not to put any payments onto my phone until my number had changed over as it can cause problems. She also explained to me that it's better not to go onto a rolling plan. Very helpful staff here.

I hope you are able to find time on the O2 Community to have a look at the Off topic board ... = ... lots of fun things to do like quizzes, and the virtual lounge where anything goes (apart from IT ... ?)

Of course, lots of help threads ... or ... places where you can ask a question / make a comment.
