Ever wondered if you can have Wi-Fi with you, at all times (24X7)? Well, we’re pleased to announce the new light weight champion that can easily fit in your pocket and allows you to access the internet on-the-go!

The O2 Pocket Hotspot lets you connect to up to five devices simultaneously, sharing mobile internet access. It ingeniously converts the mobile broadband 3G connection and shares it securely over 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi connectivity with maximum download speeds of 21.6 Mbps and upload at 5.76 Mbps. How good is that? slight_smile

For more info around tariffs and pricing, please head over here…

I'm surprised there hasn't been more reaction though, as this sounds like a brilliant product, it will be much easier to use than a Mobile Broadband dongle as there is no software to be installed.

Damit! However it's all good in the interest of sharing the info and knowledge, Perksie wink

We'll see the reaction from today onwards as we've officially announced it today.

Got the same thing from Three works very well and always tend to get high speeds obviously depends on coverage areas tough although the pricing isn't very competitive

From the sounds of it, it gives you the same functionality as the Personal Hotspot feature on the iPhone.

With that I can connect upto 5 devices if I'm not mistaken. Most of the time when I use Personal Hotspot, I use it to get online on my iPad 3 wifi version, when I'm not in a wifi area.

I bought one today. I won't spoil the competition by posting a review but I'm happy with it wink
