It will take some time from 6 months up to 18 months to move everyone.

texts and emails being sent all afternoon - mine came through just before 5pm.  Cancelled my direct debit immediately.  Waiting on the line now to cancel the service.  30 days' notice?  I don't think so.  O2 promised to keep us informed as to what was going on - "it would take months" they said.  Nothing about we'll tell you after we've handed you over.

Still under contract for mobile and ipad so not entirely free.

Hi goatty2uk.

All discounts that you have will be active at the moment and the core features of your contract will not change. Have a look at the FAQ page below:

http://www.sky.com/shop/welcome/faq/

Take a look at the information there and I hope it helps. Send me a private message too if would like to talk about it. I'll try to be as informative as I can on the change.

Cheers, Toby

I think your discount like everyone's will disappear as soon as murdock gets his feet under the table.

As soon as my contract time is up I'm off. I don't care where within reason but I'm not putting any more money in murdock's pocket than I possibly have to, and I bet I'm not the only one; you just watch the mass migration.
