Introduce yourself on the O2 Community!

Hi all,

I'd like to welcome one and all to the O2 Community! Its a great place to get advice, post your feedback and talk about your ideas for the network. If you have a question that you need some advice on, head over to the devices section or the other products and services section. You can also get rewarded for helping others as well chat about anything you like in the off-topic section.

I'm Toby, the community coordinator of the forum. I also work with Marjo who is the head of community and Marina who is also a community coordinator like me. I've been working on the community since August 2012. It's been great so far and I look forward to hearing from many more of you

If you have any questions about the forum, suggestions or just want to have chat, please don't hesitate to give me a shout.

Hello everyone... been running through these forums for a while now while at work, seeing what people have been getting up to, so decided I should join for real now lol

My name is Raz, and I work for O2/Capita CCM, and have done for the lasst 5 or so years.. my job function are in the roles of Customer Services, Pay Monthly Upgrades/Retentions (Inbound and Outbound) and Pay As You Go Retentions (done Business elsewhere) - so you could say I've been around the block a few times!

Hopefully I'll have some firsthand *wisdom* and advice that some might find useful.. otherwise.. I have cookies!  *throws cookies around for everyone!*

I am Warren and I am new to the O2 community. Been with O2 for almost 10 years as a customer. I have worked for Tesco mobile and I am a prolific forum user for Giffgaff. Not the most popular company at the moment lol.

Just for info... on here we only PM the O2 Community team about problems we have. We prefer to see issues resolved openly so they help others...:smileywink:
