I’m already both a virgin and an o2 customer. I signed up for volt last week and just found on my account that the benefits are not scheduled to start until 7th Nov. Why so long?

I would speak to o2 and ask them if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone
MIght be also worth speaking to Virgin on 0345 454 1111 as well to see if there is anything going on with them..
