I've been in touch with o2 multiple times about my volt benefits. I am with o2 for my mobile phone and I use Virgin Broadband at home (for 9 months now) , yet it says i'm not eligible for the benefits. Anybody else had this issue?
I've contacted them 3 or 4 times now and each time they say it will be sorted within 2 weeks but it still hasn't been applied to my account.

Check your address on both accounts matches, other than that, you need to persevere with O2.
