Two Accounts, One Number

I've some how managed to register the same number to two different email addresses and O2 accounts. One is the current one and is the one I have my SIM registered to. I'm trying to connect it to Virgin via VOLT but when I insert the number it's saying my number is registered to the old, alternative address.

Looking for advice on how to either remove the number from the old account/ delete the account altogether

Looks like O2 will have to access your account which cannot be done from here
