Hi. My volt benefits has been removed from my o2 acc for some reason. Still have volt benefits with virgin. I have been with o2 and virgin few months and today my volt benefits disappeared. Can you help please ? Thanks. Kris

Have you upgraded or flexed your tariff, @Kris41? Your Volt benefits do disappear after a contract change, by design, and are reapplied within 14 days.
