Is there ANYONE at o2 that knows a single thing about this?

Been to 2 stores and rang and not one single person has a clue about this and one even made out I was making it up, even after I showed him the Web page.

If you're gonna offer a promotion o2, at MINIMUM train your staff on it.

Absolute joke of a company

Oh dear o2, I've just read an in store staff manual that shows tech treats ending 28th December 2022.

Perhaps you should stop advertising it as a benefit of joining o2 on volt considering it could be deemed as misrepresentation of service.

And its not even hidden away like old files, it's smack bang on the main links

This link under "why o2" directly links to https://www.o2.co.uk/virgin-media-o2

Where its shown as a benefit.

Sorry but 150 quid off a device is pretty big.

Time to complain

O2 gets more like Virgin every day. Something I feared would happen

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

So wonder if the shop manual isnt updated... Maybe try via the call centres...  Also note it is up to £150 not a generic £150 off as its all tariff dependant and handset dependant.

Yeah, I know it's "up to" and on a z fold 4 tarrif it would be pretty up there.

The page I saw in the manual specifically said.

Tech treats discount vouchers will be phased out and no longer be offered after December 28th 2022.

I rang before I saw this and they didn't have a clue both in sales and general customer service. Not one store had a clue about it either.

It's simply not worth the looks the staff give you when you try to claim a discount that you know exists but they haven't got a clue.

If you want a 360º experience, O2's the place. Shame, really - resellers offer a better service, if Refresh and such is not important, and cheaper.
