I have an O2 SIM card through virgin media as part of the volt package. I've never used the SIM card so don't know the number. I have cancelled virgin media and my contract ended on 23rd August 2023. Do I need to need to cancel O2 aswell or will it automatically cancel now my virgin media has cancelled, I've tried to speak to someone but it keeps telling me to download the app with I have done but won't allow me access for 48 hours 🙃
Can anyone help please?

We will need to cancel the O2 aspect of your Volt deal, however, before we can do this, we will need to check in with our contacts at Virgin to confirm the cancellation of your services.
I have also seen your message, that you've contacted our Social Team on Facebook, they will respond to you as soon as possible.

Is it virgin that needs to inform O2 that my contract has ended? I have been given different information by the social media team a iut having to give a 30 days notice, but as I do no have the SIM card or know the phone number I'm unsure how I can cancel this?
