As of last night, my phone has started cutting out mid-conversation. Usually after about 40-50 seconds. It's the same if I call out or receive a call. The FaceTime is fine. Any thoughts?
(Will I receive the answers via e-mail?).
Thank you
Rupert

It sounds like a network or sim fault. Check network here https://status.o2.co.uk/
If that's ok, take the sim out of phone, gently clean it and reinsert. Reboot your phone and see if that helps.
If not, you need to contact O2 for a new sim. All numbers to call are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Just a thought. How's your battery life?

Yes, thank you. That might well have worked...
I went to the battery info and the peak performance capability section says: This i-phone has experienced an unexpected shutdown because the battery was unable to deliver the necessary peak power. You might have manually disabled performance managment protections.
So then I pressed DISABLE. I phoned my landline which seemed to make it past a minute, so we'll see on the next call. Otherwise the battery has maxiumum capacity.
If I don't get back in touch, I'm most grateful.
