I'm trying to chase a late delivery on a sim card. but my web browser is reporting inaccessable https://mymobile2.o2.co.uk/ pages

We can’t connect to the server at mymobile2.o2.co.uk.

Just this minute tried and the site is working fine here.

 

As to late delivery of a SIM the only thing O2 will be able to tell you is it has left them. The tracking number is a Royal Mail internal number and cannot be used outside of RM.

 

You could try the Sales team, you can call them on 0800 081 0255

 

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I tried the sales team before posting, and gave up after waiting 30 minutes.

That link is working for me too. 

Try clearing your temporary internet files cache and your cookies, reboot and try the site again.
