Hi I got a new iPhone 15 pro on Sunday but it says no service on the sim they sent or any other sim I took it to 02 shop girl tried her sim and said something is wrong with the phone I need to ring 02 and send it back and get them to replace it but I tried on phone and just gettin passed around I don’t know wat else I can do
