Hi I have over the last few weeks bought three new phones from my local o2 shop each of which were sold to me as being ready to be switched on to accept wifi calling but it turns out that none of the phones have the supported firmware to support this action.
The phones in question are android
Samsung Galaxy A12
Oppo A54 5G
Samsung Galaxy A32 5G
So my question is how do I get the supported firmware installed to one of these three phones, to say I'm disappointed in the whole approach to this situation is an understatement.

The only officially supported devices are listed on this link https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling
For the ones that are supported, you need O2 to enable it on your account first.
You then need to turn it on in your MyO2.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
