just upgraded both my phone and watch, now have s24 ultra and watch 7. im wanting to know how i register an esim on my watch, as ive already once by mistake registered it on my phone

You need to sign up for a data plan for watch which can all be done from the Galaxy Wear App, you dont use your phone esim
