So i had my phone stolen, so they cancelled and block the previous sim, i got a second hand phone and got them to switch my number over to the new sim, call and texts wouldnt work, turns out it was blocked still because the guy at the shop didnt unblock it despite us mentioining the previous sim was blocked due to being stolen, texts and calls and data was working at one point, then my data stopped working but calls and texts still did, then i had a tariff change because i decided i dont use 50 gb of data each month, as soon as it rolled over to the new tariff it was back to square one, nothing works anymore, ive contacted them and they are so useless over customer service have not answered me despite answering within the social media hours. honestly tearing my hair out its been like this for weeks.
