Hi as per title don't believe wifi calling is working on either of our phones since move to O2.  Have it switched on on the phones and if l look on myO2 it also says it is switched on but.... connection keeps breaking up.

As the O2 signal in our area is pretty poor compared to what we had before from Virgin  prior to Virgin switching to O2, so wifi calling is necessary. Can you check is there something else that needs to be done to activate it.

Not sure if relevant but have a hub5 in modem mode and use our own tp-link mesh wifi. As even with a Virgin signal pod  wifi around the house was poor.

Thanks

This is a common complaint on the Virgin move.

Although the system says it's on it is isn't.

You need to get O2 to remove WiFi Calling then reapply it.

@Enlli

Am I correct in saying that WiFi calling won't be available if either of the handsets are on PAYG ?

As the OP was migrated from Virgin they will be on contract anyway.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
