Change your setting to "preferred over mobile network" which will take priority over wifi calling.

@FrostyP2508 I have the g100 and am going to assume that the settings are very similar (maybe a mistake in making that assumption 😂)
Go to settings - select Network & Internet - select Internet - select O2 -UK settings
Scroll to be bottom of the page where you should see CALLING section and Wi-Fi calling. Select this and toggle on or off.
Hope that helps. Let me know if I have assumed correctly - I can then go through the rest of the day making somewhat wild assumptions 🤣

Were you able to get it working @FrostyP2508?

Hi I have been told by Motorola Lenovo forum that on o2 this phone has no option to alter settings. It defaults to WiFi calling for better quality they say . If there is no wi-fi, just disable wi-fi and use data they say .

Must admit that both my networks, EE (1p) and O2 are set to wifi preferred. I find it more stable
