Wi-Fi Calling

I have poor phone reception at my house, but my phone supports Wi-Fi calling.  I have two SIMs.  My EE SIM allows calls to be made over my internet connection, but the same does not happen when I use my O2 SIM.  What can I do?

my internet is provided by Virgin and it's a Pay as You Go O2 SIM.
