I have spoken to 3 of your team today to try and get my visual voicemail with no joy you even put me through to Apple which have said it’s not set up properly on my package please can you help

You need to have iData enabled on your account.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
