I've upgraded my phone & as part of the new deal i can get £250 back if i recyle my old phone, I've been through the motions of signing it all up, they have given me a price & its all good to go,

It asks me to enter my order no. In the voucher code box to activate the £250 offer but it says order no. Not valid?

Any ideas?

As it stands I've now signed up for full price & sold my old phone for peanuts?

Do 02 have an actual number to call as im going in circles at the moment,

Any help much appreciated,

Thanks, Ryan

You will need to call customer services on 0344 809 0202 and ask them, as it sounds like a delay in the order number been sync'd across to the o2 recycle service.

Your order number only becomes valid once you have your new phone and registered it on the network.

I guess they assume that you won't be recycling your old phone until you get your new one.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
