10 days ago I moved two numbers from Vodafone to O2. One ported over okay (the number linked to this login). The other has been a complete disaster. I am unable to receive any text messages and the only calls I have received have been from an O2 handset. As a result, I have been unable to receive calls from my children, I have missed calls from my children's school, cannot access my online banking apps and have spent over 20 hours on this over the past 10 days. Some of the people I have spoken to include Akshay (a supervisor), Nurmal, Pavan, Brent, Jenna and Mandy. The format of most calls is the same. After explaining the issue I am constantly told the issue needs to be escalated, someone will call me back and surprise surprise, no-one ever calls. From what I have seen online this is clearly a porting issue but no-one seems able to help. I have been promised numerous times this will be sorted out in 24 hours but I am still here 10 days later. Help!!!

We have also been on the phone to the Customer Service Team and yet again made no progress. When the Customer Service Agent realises it isn't a straightforward query, they just hang up! Shocking way to treat customers.

I have the exact same issue and cannot seem to get any answers from O2.
