I have switched from virgin with two accounts using different email logins. They are both not working properly and I cant view my Bill's and tsrif details. Can the be amalgamated like they were with Virgin

Not at the moment. O2 are moving all customers to a new billing system 360.
Until everyone is on that system then no merging will be available.
