Turing off Safe Search

I am a (very) mature adult ... in fact I am an OLD MAN!!! Why am I unable to change the Safe Search setting, which appear to be be forced upon my by O2?

It was not forced on you by O2, it is a requirement of their licence.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
