I changed my sim on O2 last week but when I text someone it shows them the old number of the sim before my number was moved over. Not showing my number

Settings>>Phone>>My number

Edit, save and reboot the phone

Android phone - could be related to a setting in your account, call 202 if on Contract, 4445 if on PAYG, around 08:15 in the morning is usually best, @Rib23 - or try O2 Social Media, links just below this post. Good luck!

If it's android, it will be the number in your advanced message settings (sometimes called RCS settings).
