Hi my daughter had a contract with Virgin but obviously its switched to o2 , she wants to know how long she got paying the handset off but we can't find the details for the credit agreement etc we've tried on virgin Web page but it doesn't work any more . Any ideas would be amazing thank you

The agreement is still with Virgin so you need them
Try ringing 150 from a Virgin landline or 0345 4541111 or call at their community where agents as still on hand
