So I’ve got a payment I’ve had to delay because of money issues. I’ve tried to get in contact with someone from the team if anyones ever there, they reply after a whole day of waiting only to end the conversation straight after, without letting me reply. Now my obvious issue here is that these idiots decided to cancel my number therefore I cannot even verify on the bloody website anymore, so I can’t even resume my contract anyway, considering I can’t call to sort this out either and live chat is impossible now! I need contact with someone that can actually work with me sorting this out. Such a joke.

You need to speak with the payment management team

We are allcustomers on here and have no access to accounts
O2 will always restrict service when payment is delayed and this is automatically done by the system

@Dollarswipe This is a customer community. We have no access to anyone's account, and do not know how O2 will view your query. You'll need to speak to Payment Management as suggested by @jonsie.

If your number has been cancelled then the account may have been passed to a Debt Collection Agency, as you should keep incoming calls and texts for a certain period of delinquency, and for how long.
As @jonsie has said you need to speak to the Payment Management Team ASAP..
