Hi, I received my new phone and Sim recently. I have no service on my old device so i am unable to make calls or receive texts so i am unable to ring 202 or receive texts from O2 to verify my account details to make the Sim swap. what do i do? I have been on to my O2 but to start the process i have to give a 6 digit code but i cant get it because my device has no service!?

@ElGordo Easiest way would be to call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and they'll do the swap for you. Be sure to bring identification with you.
