Hello!
We are moving house over the weekend but both myself and my Husband (both on o2) have noticed that the signal is really bad in our new house - It says we have 4G but nothing will load and it's impossible to make a phone call.
Our new postcode is SK13 6LR.

It could be a number of reasons at the new property why you don't get signal or a high quality service.
Glossop has its own challenges due to its Geographical location, and been a busy ingress point for the Peak District
I would also check https://status.o2.co.uk which is currently reporting issues in your area.
