Server Unreachable

When I am on a phone call, the call keeps dropping. Most of the time I just call back but sometimes when I try to call back I get 'server unreachable'. Really starting to get on my nerves, been going on since backend of last year. Never had this problem with any of my other phones. Currently on s20 ultra with a 4g sim card. Have the 5g card but don't know how to swap all the info over (ps 5g not available in my area anyway).

Didn't work.  Still getting cut off.  Just tried ringing O2, even getting cut off there.  Sent message through O2 page complaining got text message back saying there is no issue.  Starting to feel gggrrrr
