Hi I recently purchased the Samsung S21+5G. I have been trying to redeem the Galaxy ear buds but I am being told I do not have supporting documents. Can you advise as to where on my account I will find the correct documents they require.

Use the order number in Recent Orders in My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Open it and download as pdf.
That will do as proof of purchase.
To make it easier one of our members showed a copy of what they sent...(different phone but that makes no difference. It's what Samsung require)

which you will have had , as you have already sent a claim in.
You will have to wait 30 days until claim is considered, just in case you send the phone back. A samsung claim usually take 45 days in total.
