Hi I have broke the screen on my phone and need to get it repaired 

it had an unfortunate accident with a spice jar falling out the cupboard

is it covered I’m the warranty or would I need to pay ?

It wont be covered by warranty, i am afraid to say.

 

I would check your household / bank insurance otherwise you will need to pay to repair the screen.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

@Cc589 If you don't have insurance the cost of repair will be down to you. Check your homeowner's contents insurance policy, if you have one, or check with your bank, as some insure mobiles.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
