Solved: Red mobile charges

Hi,
I have discovered charges to my monthly contract through my daughter’s phone number. How do I get O2 to firstly block these weekly charges. I’ve emailed the game company but need advice how I can reclaim money. The company is red mobile 27 and we have not signed up for any subscriptions.
